W. Thomas Graham is married to Teresa M. Graham. They have two children, Stephen T. Graham, (9-18-89), and Mallory T. Graham (3-09-95). They reside in Monroe Township, Monroe County, Michigan. Tom grew up in Bedford Township, Monroe County, Michigan, graduating from Bedford Senior High School (Salutatorian) in 1969. He has worked on municipal, estate, probate, trust, real estate, corporate, and business entity matters sine 1976. Tom is a member of the Bedford Community Foundation and Monroe Golf and Country Club, and is a past member of the Monroe Community Foundation. Tom enjoys work, golf, gardening, dining out with family and friends, and travel. Tom is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Monroe, Michigan, and Teresa is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Monroe, Michigan. Stephen attends the University of Michigan, Class of 2011, and Mallory attends St. Mary’s School.

Personal: Philip D. Goldsmith is one of the firm partners. Mr. Goldsmith has been a practicing attorney for 23 years, all of which have been served with the law firm of Lennard, Graham & Goldsmith. A lifelong resident of Bedford Township, Monroe County, Michigan, Mr. Goldsmith previously served as a Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy for six years and specialized in traffic accident reconstruction. Mr. Goldsmith devotes most of his time to civil litigation and municipal law. Mr. Goldsmith also devotes substantial time to estate planning, real estate law and criminal law.
Mr. Goldsmith has served as Chairman of the Board of Deacons and Moderator at his church. He has also served as a private facilitator for zoning and land use matters.
Mr. Goldsmith spends his time away from the office with his wife and their three children. They attend Crossroads Community Church in Ottawa Lake, Michigan.

Personal: Martin J. Kamprath (Marty) is one of the firm’s partners since 1997 and has been practicing law for 22 years, since 1986. He spends a fair amount of his time representing the firm’s various municipal clients including, but not limited to, the County of Monroe, Bedford Township, Milan Township, and Ida Township, all in Monroe County, Michigan. He also spends a substantial amount of time in the areas of Estate Planning, Real Estate and Business matters. He is a life-long resident of Ida Township, Michigan and continues to live on and operate his family’s sesquicentennial farm and represents many clients with farm-related issues. He is a life member and director of the Monroe County Fair Association and contributes volunteer time and resources to that Association. Prior to entering the legal field Mr. Kamprath worked in the areas of construction, design and industrial engineering and gained his professional engineering license in the States of Michigan and Ohio.
